Helpful and fairly friendly staff, they smile all the time. Rooms are a decent size and brand-new with bedrooms, a very big bed and usb ports, food is good.

Absolutely great hotel, I stayed here with my children. The staff was really kind and nice and check in was easy. The service was nice with a quiet atmosphere. The stay was absolutely such great.

The staff at Kawarayamachi Crystal went above and beyond when our child fell ill during our stay. They also assisted us in finding open hospitals and accompanied us to ensure effective communication with the medical professionals. The helpfulness and support from the staff truly made a difference during our difficult time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spotless hotel with peaceful location in Osaka close to metro stations and the Dotonbori area, two famous areas for shopping and dining and 5-10 minutes from Dotonbori and a subway station. Brand-new rooms with complimentary WiFi and USB ports, comfy beds. A particularly nice view of street.

modern small place, it has marvellous and perfectly comfortable location so close to the nearest subway station, the city centre of osaka, and train stations. the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. the venue provides a nice service. what is more, free wi-fi throughout the property was a nice bonus. thank you for a delightful stay.

This is an amazing 4-star hotel with its nice service and immaculate rooms.

Came here for 11 days, the hotel was absolutely great, it had magnificent location really close to a supermarket, Kurumon market, Dotonburi and Namba area and popular areas like Dotonbori. The breakfast deal was great with quick powder scrambled eggs and also available rice. The room was neat and immaculate, included a kettle and USB ports. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The venue took care of the nice service. Overall, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

Check in was easy, hotel was modern, locations was peaceful super close to subway. The room was huge and decent sized, had smoke detectors for the safety. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful. Location: the property was near to popular areas like Dotonbori and American Village, and metro from Osaka/Umeda main station area. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Itsukaen that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

Location close enough to a subway station, many very good restaurants and touristic attractions, and Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Helpful and fairly friendly staff and management. Central heating, television, and a refrigerator in the room and the big bed.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was marvellous and perfectly comfortable short walk to Shinsaibashi as well as train stations. Absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable room with 2 beds and with a lot of space. Had a kettle and USB ports.

The place was clean, I booked the a twin room with views of street, everything was great. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television and a refrigerator. The vibe here was quiet.

The free drinks provided at the hotel were a great perk, with a wide variety of hot and cold coffee, tea, and apple juice options. the hotel's location was excellent, with only a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori and being just 500 meters away from Tanimachikyuchome station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par and took a long time to cool down the room. Another downside was the limited English understanding of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We had a great time staying here! The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We particularly loved the comfy bed and the tasteful decor in our room. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket nearby and little restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was great that they let us store our backpacks while we went out and explored.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
